How to Track Your Shipment

Once your order is dispatched (2-3 days for in-stock items, 3-10 days for custom jerseys), you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return & Delivery FAQ

Q1: What if my tracking info shows the package is lost?
A: Don't worry! We guarantee delivery. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a free reshipment immediately.

Q2: I received the wrong jersey/player. What should I do?
A: If we made a mistake with your order, contact us via email. We will reship the correct item for free. For more details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

Q3: Can I exchange my jersey for a different size?
A: Yes, we support size exchanges within 30 days. However, since we recommend ordering one size up, please note that the return shipping cost for size-related exchanges is the customer's responsibility.

Q4: Why hasn't my tracking number updated yet?
A: It can take 2-5 days for the carrier to scan the package into their system after the label is created. If there's no update after 7 days, please email us.

Q5: Do you accept "Cash on Delivery" (COD) for returns?
A: No, we do not accept COD or freight collect for return shipments. All return postage must be prepaid by the sender.
