• Sizing Advice: Our gear follows an athletic fit. We strongly recommend customers order one size up from their standard size for optimal comfort. UJerseyMLB is not responsible for fit preferences if the item matches our provided size chart.

2. Shipping & Fulfillment

To provide factory-direct pricing, orders are fulfilled from our center in China and shipped via USPS, DHL, or FedEx.

• Rates: Standard shipping is a flat $9.90. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $79.00.
• Timelines: Processing takes 2-3 days for in-stock items and 3-10 days for custom gear. Shipping typically takes 12-18 business days.
• Lost Package Guarantee: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a free reshipment.

3. Customized Jerseys

Customized jerseys (featuring specific names and numbers) are made to order. Production times are longer than standard items. Once a custom order is placed and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Returns on custom items are only accepted for production defects or incorrect shipments.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Our Error: If we send the wrong item or a defective product, we will reship the correct item at no charge.
• Customer Preference/Sizing: For exchanges due to sizing or personal preference, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
• No COD: We do not accept return packages sent via Cash on Delivery or freight collect.

5. Payment Security

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways compliant with Google security standards. We use Cloudflare and server-level firewalls to protect your data and privacy.

6. Limitation of Liability

UJerseyMLB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in shipping due to carrier issues or customs inspections.
