A: We guarantee your delivery. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or if you receive the wrong item, we will reship your order for free immediately.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the processing phase is complete and the item is with the carrier, we cannot redirect the package.
Q: Will my order be delivered by USPS?
A: For our US customers, most standard orders are handed over to USPS for the final delivery to your mailbox or doorstep, ensuring a trusted local service.
