1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to wear your team colors with pride. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ujerseymlb.com, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

2. Our Responsibility (Free Reshipment)

We take full responsibility for the following situations:

  • Lost Packages: If your order is confirmed lost by USPS, DHL, or FedEx, we will reship it for free.
  • Wrong Items: If we sent the wrong team, player, or style, we will send the correct replacement at no extra cost to you.
  • Quality Issues: If your jersey arrives damaged or with stitching defects, we will provide a free reshipment.

3. Size Exchanges & Customer Responsibility

We provide detailed Size Guides for all Men's, Women's, and Youth jerseys. Since our jerseys follow an athletic cut, we strongly recommend ordering one size up for a comfortable fit.

If you need to exchange an item due to a sizing error or personal preference:

  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • No COD (Cash on Delivery): We do not accept return packages sent via "Cash on Delivery" or freight collect. Any such packages will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Q1: What is the timeframe for returns?
A: You have 30 days from the date you received your package to contact us for a return or exchange.

Q2: Who pays for the return shipping?
A: If the return is due to a sizing choice or personal preference, the customer covers the shipping fee. If we made a mistake (wrong item/lost package), we cover all costs for the reshipment.

Q3: Can I return a customized jersey?
A: Custom jerseys with specific names and numbers are unique to you. We only offer reshipment if there is a production error or quality defect. We recommend checking the size guide twice before ordering custom gear.

Q4: Do you accept COD returns?
A: No. We do not accept any returns sent via "Cash on Delivery". Customers must prepay the return shipping postage.

Q5: How long does a reshipment take?
A: Once approved, in-stock items are processed within 2-3 days, and custom items within 3-10 days, followed by our standard shipping time.
